Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a marketing communications professional to support group-wide strategies with a focus on resort branding and international media exposure.

You will plan digital campaigns, craft press materials, and build relationships with media to boost brand visibility across markets. The role involves coordinating with agencies, tracking performance, and contributing to budget reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in hospitality, resorts, luxury lifestyle, real estate, or related industries preferred.
• Strong experience in campaign planning, content development, Public Relations, and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and cloud platforms is an advantage.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Must be willing to travel overseas to support project and brand activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of group-wide marketing and Public Relations strategies
• Plan and manage digital campaigns, brand initiatives, and pre-opening marketing activities
• Develop press releases, media materials, editorial content, and corporate communications
• Build and maintain relationships with media and relevant industry stakeholders
• Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, brand sentiment, and customer acquisition
• Manage social media, website, and other digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency
• Coordinate with external agencies on digital advertising, SEO, and campaign performance
• Support marketing budgets, vendor coordination, and campaign reporting
• Support overseas project launches, events, and brand activities when required
