Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced PPC Desk Manager to oversee the day-to-day trade execution and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

You will collaborate with traders and sales teams, monitor risk, resolve discrepancies, and help ensure accurate, timely settlements while upholding OCBC’s standards of service and integrity.

This role requires a degree in finance or business and at least three years in a similar role.

• 3+ years in trading, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading systems and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the PPC Desk with timely trade execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with traders, sales teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor and manage risk, identify issues and implement mitigations.
• Analyze trade discrepancies and ensure accurate, timely resolution.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with traders, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless trade execution
• Monitor and manage risk, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies
• Analyze and resolve trade discrepancies, ensuring accurate and timely resolution

Who you are

• A degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a trading or sales environment
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, and risk management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
