Job summary

Hitachi Energy Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead service projects from sales handover to financial close, ensuring budgets, warranties, and on-time delivery. You will coordinate across engineering, supply chain, and finance, and serve as the main client contact throughout execution.

The role requires a engineering degree and 5 years in project management for power transformers/services, with English proficiency essential for successful collaboration in a global team.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (Electrical/Mechanical).
• 5 years of project management/order execution experience in power transformers and services.
• HV experience preferred; knowledge of substation layouts and contract terms.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage service project from sales handover to financial closing, product and service warranties.
• Responsible for the financial results of the project and manage project risks.
• Monitor progress and manage risks/opportunities for on-time, on-cost completion with customer satisfaction; manage contract changes and claims with stakeholders.
• Act as main contact point for customer during project execution.
• Review closure reports and implement lessons learnt; provide project reporting to customers and management.
• Collaborate with service engineering team to finalize spare parts and schedules for planned maintenance; ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
