Job summary

Keppel Ltd. in Singapore seeks a degree-qualified engineer to supervise the maintenance team in Power/Process Plant upkeep, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget while adhering to safety standards.

The role involves developing staff capabilities and coordinating with operations to support contractual, technical and commercial goals. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, perform frontline troubleshooting, manage daily manpower planning, and maintain CMMS

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering is required.
Minimum 5 years work experience with equipment related to craft.
Experience in Power Plant or Process Plant maintenance.
Knowledge on vibration monitoring and alignment of rotating equipment.
Experience in erection, commissioning and start-up phases is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Plan and supervise the maintenance team to execute activities on schedule and within cost, following safety standards.
Support the Power Plant to meet contractual, technical and commercial setup and operation.
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for all plant equipment and utilities.
Perform frontline troubleshooting to maintain high availability.
Provide guidance to staff or external contractors for safe, engineering-minded work.
Daily maintenance manpower planning and allocation.
Maintain and update maintenance data and CMMS records.
