Job summary

Keppel Ltd. in Singapore seeks a data-savvy professional to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that integrate Procore, SharePoint, and Excel. You will perform data wrangling, modelling, and visualisation, while aligning with SSOT principles.

You will also support Power Apps UI/UX design and Power Automate workflows, enabling streamlined processes and improved project analytics. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and interest in data solutions.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.
Excellent data visualization and UI/UX sense.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with SharePoint Online and enterprise platforms (Procore).
Awareness of construction/project metrics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards by integrating data from Procore, SharePoint, and Excel.
Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and modelling using Power BI.
Design executive-ready dashboards with emphasis on clarity and usability.
Support Power Apps UI/UX design for programme management use cases.
Support Power Automate workflows integrating SharePoint and Power BI.
Contribute to data infrastructure ensuring SSOT alignment.
Apply analytics for reporting, insights, and financial analysis.
Assist in user stories, UAT, and UI/UX research.
