Job summary

Howden is seeking a Junior Automation & Business Intelligence Developer to join the Strategy & Operations team in Singapore. The role focuses on building Power BI dashboards, automation with Power Automate and VBA, and enabling data-driven decision-making while improving processes across the organisation.

You will develop data models, reports, and KPI solutions, while collaborating with the API/tech team and business users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a data/analytics related field is preferred.
• Experience with BI reporting, automation or Power Platform is desirable.
• Familiarity with data governance and quality practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports translating business needs into insights.
• Design and implement data models, DAX calculations and data transformations.
• Create and maintain automation scripts using Power Automate and VBA.
• Support Power Apps and SharePoint-based solutions and ensure data quality and governance.
