Qualifications

• University undergraduate with interest in data and digital solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (Power Query and DAX)
• Understanding of data visualization and UI/UX principles
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to convey data concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Ability to translate data outputs into actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards by integrating data from Procore, SharePoint, and Excel
• Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and modelling using Power BI
• Design executive-ready dashboards with emphasis on clarity and UI/UX
• Support Power Apps UI/UX design and workflow functionality for programme management
• Assist Power Automate workflows to streamline processes
• Help structure datasets and data flows aligning with SSOT principles
• Apply data analytics to support reporting and financial analysis
• Contribute to User Acceptance Testing and UI/UX research
• Research digitisation opportunities and support process-improvement proposals
• Engage with stakeholders, developers, and vendors on system requirements
