Job summary

NTU seeks a Lead, Academic to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement of postgraduate programmes. You will manage PhD examinations, admissions, and scholarships, while driving partnerships and research exchange initiatives to support outstanding graduate education.

The role requires strong leadership, process improvement, and data-driven planning across academic administration and curriculum development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in student services.
2 years of supervisory experience.
Strong background in academic administration, curriculum development, or programme management.
Familiarity with postgraduate education frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Big picture understanding of how graduate programmes are derived and the administration to run it smoothly.

Responsibilities

PhD Programme & Examination Management & Research Exchange partnerships.
Oversee PhD-specific academic processes: QE, thesis, reviewer coordination.
Coordinate QE logistics, reports, and reviewer assignments.
Attend to academic matters for PhD partnerships and joint PhDs.
Oversee research exchange programmes (CSC, non-degree).
Oversee PhD Admissions and Scholarships.
Academic Partnerships & Research Exchange.
Support academic matters for joint PhD programmes and institutional partnerships.
