Job summary

Ikas International Asia Pte Ltd invites seasoned post-trade technology leaders to drive transformation across middle and back-office operations in Singapore. You will define architecture, requirements and roadmaps, evaluating platforms and managing vendor selections.

The role demands hands-on delivery of large-scale deployments, multi-million-dollar budgets, and strong stakeholder communication across regional teams, with deep capital markets knowledge.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in post-trade technology
• Strong knowledge of capital markets (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives)
• Hands-on experience implementing post-trade systems (settlements, clearing, reconciliation, custody)
• Experience with IT transformation, system architecture, vendor evaluation and large-scale delivery
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and vendor contracts
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-regional collaboration
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and regional regulatory frameworks (MAS, SFC, HKMA)
• Experience with platforms Gloss or Inferno

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define technology architecture, business requirements and implementation roadmaps.
• Evaluate platforms, lead vendor selection and manage RFP processes.
• Drive system integration, automation and process improvements across trade lifecycles.
• Manage end-to-end implementation, including testing, migration, cutover and go-live.
• Coordinate regional stakeholders, vendors, budgets, risks and project governance.

SKILLS NEEDED

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline, with 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, including Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives.
• Hands-on experience implementing post-trade systems covering settlements, clearing, reconciliation and custody.
• Proven experience in IT transformation, system architecture, vendor evaluation and large-scale project delivery.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and vendor contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across regional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and regional regulatory frameworks (MAS, SFC, HKMA) is advantageous.
• Experience with platforms such as Gloss or Inferno is preferred.
