Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks a senior leader to anchor the Run pillar of Markets Operations, overseeing front‑to‑back transaction support, post‑trade services, settlement and related BAU activity across multiple products.

You will lead a high‑performing operations team, drive standardisation, risk controls, and efficiencies, while partnering with stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk and Control to deliver resilient, scalable services.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in Markets Operations or related financial markets functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead front‑to‑back transaction support across T0/T-date processes with ownership of hand‑offs and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee post‑trade services including settlement, clearing, collateral, invoicing, and funding reporting with defined service standards.
• Drive process discipline, scalability, efficiency, and risk management across transaction services.
• Inspire and develop a high‑performing operations team with deep product/process expertise and a culture of continuous improvement.
