Job summary

Talent First is seeking a network security engineer to implement, configure and maintain security solutions at customer sites in Singapore. You will deploy firewalls, VPN, EDR and related technologies while ensuring smooth migrations, upgrades and incident resolution.

You will provide post-sales support, perform health checks and security assessments, and create technical documentation and implementation plans. Occasional training and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with firewall deployment, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Fortinet/Cisco/Palo Alto/Aruba or Microsoft Security or CrowdStrike is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure and maintain network and security solutions at customer sites.
• Deploy and manage firewalls, VPN, EDR and other security solutions.
• Perform network/security migration, upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Provide post-sales technical support and resolve customer incidents.
• Conduct system health checks, security assessments and configuration reviews.
• Liaise with customers, vendors and distributors for technical support and escalation.
• Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams and implementation plans.
• Support POC, UAT, deployment and project handover activities.
• Conduct customer knowledge-transfer and technical training when required.
• Provide standby/after-hours support for critical project activities when required.
