Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking a network security professional to implement and maintain solutions at customer sites in Singapore.

You will deploy firewalls, VPNs, EDR and related security tools while performing migrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure system integrity. The role involves post-sales support, health checks, and detailed documentation. You will liaise with customers and vendors, support POC/UAT activities, and provide knowledge transfer and training when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, Microsoft Security or CrowdStrike is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with firewall deployment, configuration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure and maintain network and security solutions at customer sites
• Deploy and manage firewalls, VPN, EDR and other security solutions
• Perform network/security migration, upgrades and troubleshooting
• Provide post-sales technical support and resolve customer incidents
• Conduct system health checks, security assessments and configuration reviews
• Liaise with customers, vendors and distributors for technical support and escalation
• Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams and implementation plans
• Support POC, UAT, deployment and project handover activities
• Conduct customer knowledge-transfer and technical training when required
• Provide standby/after-hours support for critical project activities when required
