Keppel DC REIT is seeking a Portfolio Management Analyst to support monitoring, forecasting and optimisation of asset performance, delivering consistent results for unitholders.

You will work with asset management, finance, investor relations and sustainability teams to produce board reports, budgets, and sustainability metrics, while building financial models and market research skills.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in data centre or real estate investments and/or SREITs is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and work with ambiguity in a fast-growing platform.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in financial modelling and market/industry research.
• Interest in sustainability related requirements.

Aufgaben

• Assist in quarterly board and trustee reports.
• Prepare monthly portfolio updates, incidents and sustainability reports.
• Track annual asset budgets and analyse variances vs forecasts.
• Monitor industry and competitor news for benchmarking.
• Monitor ESG and sustainability targets; collate reports.
• Coordinate annual workplace safety and audits where relevant.
• Support special projects: portfolio systems integration, investments/divestments.
