Keppel is seeking a motivated intern to support portfolio analysis and asset performance monitoring within its Real Estate PLATFORM Fund Management. You will assist in data gathering, modelling, and reporting to help drive decision making.

Ideal candidates are 2nd/3rd year undergraduates in finance/real estate with strong Excel skills and a keen interest in real assets. This role offers exposure to ESG-related reporting and strategic studies.

Formación

• We are seeking an energetic candidate with an interest in real estate investment.
• 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate pursuing a degree in accountancy, finance, economics, real estate or related field (Master students can apply).
• Strong Excel modelling and analysis skills; excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Compile and analyse portfolio and asset-related metrics.
• Support asset performance monitoring and modelling to identify improvements.
• Assist in presenting to senior management when opportunities arise.
• Contribute to asset enhancement and divestment strategies.
