Job summary

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator. The intern will assist in preparing reporting materials, board slides, ESG benchmarking submissions and annual report; analyse portfolio metrics and benchmarking to optimise performance.

They will support R&D, ESG initiatives, investor communications content, and planning of investor meetings and roadshows. Learning outcomes include understanding the REIT's business model, data centre operations, stakeholder management and investor

Qualifications

• Self-starter with motivation to learn and initiative to improve tasks.
• Quick in grasping concepts and bringing fresh perspectives to tasks.
• Proficient in MS Word; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing reporting materials, board slides and ESG benchmarking submissions.
• Analyze portfolio metrics, benchmarking and scenario analysis to optimise performance.

Job Requirements
