Qualifications

• Good knowledge of MPA, ICA and local port rules.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with port formalities and coordinate with authorities for smooth operations.
• Oversee vessel schedules and movements with parties like bunker suppliers and surveyors.
• Assist with owners matters: crew changes, CTM, UWI/C, superintendent attendance, store/spare supply.
• Assist to arrange and coordinate other port operations and services.
• Handle owners matters related to MPA flag state administration and documentation.
• Assist to coordinate surveys/inspections.
• Prepare quotations to principals for required services and issue FDA with supporting invoices.
• Assist to collect invoices and maintain records.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required by managers.
