• Manage the coordination of car carrier and cargo operations and oversee attendance at the Port Authority Singapore (PSA).
• Provide assistance to ports in the Asia and Oceania regions.
• Support the HQ and other regional offices.
• Match PCC Summary with Stowage Plans and verify documentation accordingly.
• Provide training to stevedores according to NYK's operational and safety protocols.
• Train stevedores in accordance with NYK's operational and safety guidelines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to stevedores in car carrier and cargo operations.
• Guide and mentor stevedores in handling car carrier and cargo operations.
• Assist in investigations, if necessary, for ports in the Asia and Oceania regions.
• Assist in investigations, as needed, for the HQ MARPCC and other regional offices.
• Submit any investigation reports to HQ MARPCC and other regional offices as required.
• Any other duties or responsibilities which are essential in the role.
