Job summary

SingHealth Office of Regional Health (SORH) seeks a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to shape population health intelligence for Singapore's RHS. You will blend data analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement to deliver actionable insights that improve health outcomes across populations and sites.

You will develop indicators, perform descriptive and trend analyses, and support project proposals, governance, and annual workplans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, CS, information systems or related STEM field.
• At least 2 years in data analytics, healthcare intelligence, or population health.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL and BI tools for indicators and dashboards.
• Ability to translate data into clear, operational narratives and work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support to identify, plan, and develop new population health projects.
• Lead development and refinement of population-level indicators and analytical views.
• Conduct advanced descriptive and trend analyses across populations, precincts and sites.
• Advise on benchmarks, analytical approaches, and interpretation for decision-making.
• Support project proposals: scoping, timeline, engagement, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with analysts and provide guidance on workflows and standards.
