Job summary

National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) is seeking a Data Analyst for the Population Health Management (PHM) department in Singapore. The role focuses on business intelligence, indicator reporting, population profiling and dashboarding to support decision-making by clinical leads and operations managers.

You will develop and maintain data pipelines, ensure data accuracy, and engage with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that improve health outcomes and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• A degree in a quantitative discipline is required.
• Background in health informatics or public health analytics is welcome.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office experience required.
• Experience in healthcare data analytics is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to translate data findings into clear, accessible insights with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI indicators aligned with priorities and reporting.
• Track methodology behind each indicator with defined specifications.
• Support ad hoc data analysis requests.
• Perform population profiling using multiple data sources.
• Build, maintain and update dashboards; run ETL pipelines.
• Conduct data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
