Job summary

aquaDucks in Singapore is looking for a Poolside Ambassador to welcome families, assist with tours, and keep pool operations running smoothly across multiple locations.

You’ll be the friendly face at the pool, coordinate class schedules, handle enquiries and registrations, and support the team in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Prior customer service experience and a positive, energetic attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a children's education environment is a plus.
• Great energy and a warm, natural approach to customer service.
• Comfortable outdoors and moving between locations; adaptable and reliable.
• Organized with attention to detail and ability to take initiative.
• Tech savvy with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming new and returning families at the poolside.
• Provide facility tours for an excellent and personalised guest experience.
• Coordinating class schedules.
• Handling enquiries, trials, new registrations, and follow-ups with a smile.
• Moving between locations across Singapore as needed.
• Keeping poolside operations smooth, safe, and organised.
• Being the go-to person when parents have questions or need a friendly chat.
