Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking a detail-oriented Policy Services professional to process customer change requests and policy-related updates. You will report to a Team Lead within the Policy Services team and ensure timely, seamless experiences for Financial Consultants and customers.

The role involves administering client and policy level changes, handling beneficiary changes, pay-outs, statements, and inquiries, while driving improvements and maintaining SOPs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Knowledge on Life, ILP and term insurance plans will be added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Policy Services requests processing with accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Escalations assessment and independent decision-making in complaints resolution.
• Provide timely support to Financial Consultants and customers.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) and user guides.
• Approve payments within authority limit.
• Understand opportunities to improve efficiency and customer centricity.
• Identify process gaps and train staff to ensure first-time resolution.
• Drive discussions with internal stakeholders to implement improvements.
• Draft business requirements with technology teams.
• Review and sign off UAT plans and outputs.
• Monitor post-implementation progress to ensure smooth transition.
