Job summary

Ministry Of Social And Family Development (MSF) Singapore invites applications for an internship within the Enabling Division. You will contribute to a meaningful review of the Assisted Deputyship Application Programme (ADAP), which supports parents of SPED students to apply for deputyship once their child turns 21.

Work involves stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and policy review in a public service setting.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in social policy and public service.
• Clear and confident communication; comfortable with data and statistics.
• Ability to synthesise information from multiple sources.
• Motivated to contribute to policies that improve lives of persons with disabilities and their families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with key stakeholders involved in the ADAP process.
• Analyse programme data and user feedback to identify pain points.
• Synthesise findings into a structured recommendations report.
