Job summary

You will coordinate with partners and design thinking consultants, support stakeholder engagement, and document discussions for internal briefings and policy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to review literature, synthesize findings, and identify gaps across family and ageing profiles.
• Translate research insights into potential intervention ideas linked to policy outcomes.
• Support engagements with external partners and consultants, including materials and notes.
• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies to support ideation and programme development.
• Ability to write clearly for internal briefs, reports, and meeting notes.
• Organised and able to manage multiple workstreams with follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Support research efforts to gain insights into specific challenges faced by, for example:- Married couples with or without children- Ageing families across different archetypes (e.g. widowed/divorced elderly, living alone or with adult children)
• Analyse identified gaps and determine possible interventions to address these challenges
• Support engagement with partners and design thinking consultant(s) for further ideation and development
