Job summary

The Public Service Division invites applications for a policy-focused role within the Singapore Food Agency. You will help develop frameworks to operationalise Part 4 of the Food Safety and Security Act (FSSA) for authorising licensable food businesses, covering production, non-retail, and retail operations.

You will collaborate with multiple divisions and agencies to translate policy intent into detailed governance frameworks, prepare submissions, and support stakeholder engagement activities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in policy/operational policy development and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Formulate the framework for operationalising FSSA Part 4 and licensable food business authorisation.
• Review licensing requirements and conditions of licence for food businesses; draft harmonised regulatory requirements.
