Job summary

JTC is seeking a Policy Analyst who will drive the formulation and review of allocation and lease management policies for the industrial property market to sustain economic growth and good jobs.

You will analyse trends in Singapore’s industrial and economic landscape, engage stakeholders for feedback, communicate findings, and co-create solutions with frontline officers, while pricing and tendering industrial land and facilities in collaboration with ministries and agencies.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities; resourceful and meticulous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of real estate policy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse trends in Singapore's industrial and economic landscape to ensure policy relevance.
• Engage key internal and external stakeholders for feedback and formulate policy responses.
• Communicate findings and recommendations of policy reviews effectively.
• Co-create solutions with frontline officers for complex cases.
• Price and tender industrial land and facilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across divisions and with the ministry and agencies to achieve outcomes.
