You will work with government agencies, partners and internal colleagues to keep initiatives relevant, effective and aligned with organisational objectives. The role offers opportunities to contribute to policy development, programme governance and stakeholder engagement while supporting

Qualifications

3 years of experience in policy, programme management or related fields, preferably within the Singapore Public Service.
Candidates with less relevant experience but a strong interest in policy work and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Good interpersonal, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical, writing and communication abilities.
Meticulous, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support the review, development and enhancement of funding programme policies and grant schemes.
Assess how government funding initiatives can be integrated into organisational programmes to achieve desired outcomes.
Partner stakeholders to implement and refine programmes, balancing policy objectives with operational needs.
Provide policy and programme advisory support to ensure sound governance and effective fund management.
