Job summary

NTUC’s e2i (Employment & Employability Institute) in Singapore is seeking a policy and programme professional to shape funding programme policies and grant schemes that support employment and employability outcomes.

You will collaborate with government agencies and partners, provide advisory support, and help governance and funding management while aligning with organisational objectives. Designations and salary will be commensurate with experience; only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Qualifications

• Experience in policy, programme management or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Singapore public service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, development and enhancement of funding programme policies and grant schemes.
• Assess how government funding initiatives can be integrated into organisational programmes to achieve outcomes.
• Partner stakeholders to implement and refine programmes, balancing policy objectives with operational needs.
• Provide policy and programme advisory support to ensure sound governance and fund management.
