Siemens Mobility Singapore invites you to join its Internship in the Project Management Office (PMO) for Planning. You will rotate with planners to support data collection, analysis, and documentation across various rail infrastructure projects.

The role emphasizes planning deliverables, project monitoring, and executive summary reporting, with exposure to Excel, Primavera, and MS Project in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing IT, Engineering, or Science related course will be an advantage
• Good IT Skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
• Interest in Project Management
• Right attitude and willingness to learn Planning tools such as Primavera and MS Project

Responsibilities

• Assist Planner(s) on collecting data inputs, analysing, compiling, and updating progress registers across project phases
• Document and standardise the SOP for common planning methodology across projects
• Plan and support project activities, assessments, reviews and participate in status meetings
• Update progress status to identify forecast milestones and write mitigation plans with the project team
• Perform Extension of Time (EOT) analysis under guidance for claim management
• Prepare executive summary dashboards for key milestones and delay reasons for senior management reporting
• Identify opportunities to automate planning and reporting using software and technology
