Job summary

Unison Consulting, established in 2012 in Singapore, seeks a finance professional to manage and report financials, budgets, and forecasts while supporting month-end closings and governance reviews. You will coordinate annual budgeting, monitor cost allocations and provide workforce insights for senior leadership.

The role involves headcount planning, capacity management, and ensuring accurate workforce records across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience in technology finance and workforce management; banking experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to synthesize data into insights for senior management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report Build, Maintain and Operate financials including actuals, forecasts, budgets and variance analysis.
• Support month-end closing activities including accruals, prepayments, balance-sheet reconciliation and flash reporting.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting including data validation, consolidation and management reporting.
• Track cost allocations, recoveries and savings.
• Provide clear financial and workforce insights to support management decisions and governance reviews.
• Coordinate resource demand/supply planning, headcount budgeting and capacity management.
• Manage hiring requests from submission to onboarding and closure.
• Maintain accurate workforce records across systems and trackers including staff movements and organisation records.
• Monitor hiring progress, vacancies, attrition and resource movements, escalating gaps or exceptions promptly.
• Support internal resource deployment and workforce optimisation across locations, staff types and vendors.
• Partner with teams and vendors to resolve data, process and operational issues.
• Support ad hoc analysis, reporting and management requests.

Requirements
