Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field and 6+ years of Product/Process Development or related work experience.
Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field and 5+ years of Product/Process Development or related work experience.
PhD in Engineering, Science, or related field and 4+ years of Product/Process Development or related work experience.
2+ years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.

Responsibilities

Acts as the primary PMO interface between project teams, functional stakeholders, finance, and management.
Drives structured communication, alignment on priorities, and timely escalation to support decision making.
Controls project cost, schedule, and milestones against approved plans.
Identifies deviations early and coordinates mitigation actions with project and functional owners.
Establishes and enforces PMO standards, reporting cadence, and governance forums.
Ensures consistent, high-quality project and portfolio reporting for management reviews.
