Job summary

Qualcomm in Singapore seeks an experienced PMO professional to lead project controls and governance for engineering programs in a semiconductor environment. You will interface with project teams, stakeholders, finance, and management, driving cadence, escalation, and reporting excellence.

Candidates should have a engineering degree with 6+ years in PMO/Project Controlling, plus 2+ years in technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field and 6+ years of Product/Process Development or related work experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field and 5+ years of Product/Process Development or related work experience.
• PhD in Engineering, Science, or related field and 4+ years of Product/Process Development or related work experience.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Experience in one or more of the following within a semiconductor environment:
  • PMO / Project Controlling for R&D, Technology Development, or NPI
  • Project management supporting product and process development
  • Engineering Operations or Business Operations in semiconductor R&D

Minimum Qualifications:

•

  Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field and 5+ years of Product/Process Development or related work experience.
