Job summary

Qualcomm RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd. is seeking an experienced PMO professional to act as the primary interface between project teams, stakeholders, finance, and management.

You will drive structured communication, align priorities, escalate issues, and control cost, schedule, and milestones against plans. Responsibilities include establishing PMO standards, reporting cadence, and governance forums, plus delivering high-quality project and portfolio reporting for management reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Management.
• Experience in PMO / Project Controlling for R&D, Technology Development, or NPI.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role.

• PMO / Project Controlling for R&D, Technology Development, or NPI
• Project management supporting product and process development
• Engineering Operations or Business Operations in semiconductor R&D

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field and 6+ years of Product/Process Development or related work experience.

OR

Master\'s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field and 5+ years of Product/Process Development or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Science, or related field and 4+ years of Product/Process Development or related work experience.

• 2+ years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
