As a bridge between Japan HQ and local operations, you will formalize group governance, optimize performance, and ensure consistency of standards across all outlets. You will coach local teams, manage risk, and coordinate across functions to sustain growth and audit readiness.

Responsabilités

• Drive PMI initiatives in Singapore, ensuring full alignment with HQ's strategic direction.
• Translate group governance, internal controls, and policies into practical SOPs for daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee integration roadmaps, managing timelines and deliverables to move from transition to Business As Usual.
• Identify integration gaps or operational friction and implement swift corrective actions.
• Oversee financial performance, optimize cost structures, and maintain rigorous financial discipline across all outlets.
• Monitor and enhance KPIs, including sales growth, labor productivity, COGS, and compliance indicators.
• Lead data-driven initiatives to address performance variances and optimize margins.
• Harmonize governance requirements with local commercial agility and operational speed.
• Standardize application of group SOPs and internal controls across Singapore.
• Strengthen management reporting frameworks to HQ with high-level operational visibility.
• Serve as primary contact for Japan HQ, providing feedback on local market conditions and implementation challenges.
• Maintain audit-readiness across all outlets to meet international standards.
• Mentor and develop local management teams to enhance strategic and operational competencies.
• Identify and groom high-potential talent to ensure long-term leadership stability.
• Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, execution discipline, and professional ownership.
