Job summary

ALPSOFT TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned tool sets. You will follow safety procedures, monitor performance, and assist with TPM activities to improve equipment efficiency.

The role requires an engineering diploma and 0–3 years of maintenance experience, with the ability to read electrical diagrams and gas pipe diagrams. Shift work is involved.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Electronics required.
• 0–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read circuit and gas pipe diagrams; preventive/corrective maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety procedures.
• Monitor tool performance and schedule preventive/corrective maintenance on tool sets.

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment using mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills.
• Improve tool uptime through problem solving and quality workmanship.

• Shift Technicians to keep Lead Tech/Lead Engineer updated on issues.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to All Safety procedures
• Monitor tool performance, schedule and perform preventative / corrective maintenance on assigned tool sets.
• Participate in carrying TPM activity to uphold and improve the equipment performance and utilization.
• Use mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
• Increase tool uptime through systematic problem solving and troubleshooting, quality workmanship.
• Document all maintenance performed in established check sheets and tracking programs, and routine review of maintenance check sheets and procedures.
• Monitor, analyze and address SPC issues for area processes on a daily basis and respond to SPC out of control issues.
• Shift Technicians are required to keep the Lead Tech and/or Lead Engineer updated on tool and area issues.

Requirements

• ITE/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Electronics.
• Maintenance. 0-3 years of experience is preferred.
