KOON SENG ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to lead plumbing and sanitary installations from conception to completion. You will partner with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget.

You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and on-site supervision, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

2+ years of project management experience in plumbing or construction.
PMP certification is a plus.
Strong budgeting and cost-control knowledge.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee plumbing and sanitary project activities from inception to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets with realistic timelines.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to meet requirements.
Ensure compliance with local codes and industry standards.
Monitor progress and adjust plans to keep projects on track.
Lead and supervise technicians, subcontractors, and laborers on site.
Provide client updates, manage expectations, and maintain relationships.
Prepare and manage project budgets and procure materials.
