Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for Plumbing & Sanitary works in Singapore. You will oversee P&S from start to handover, coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors, and manage schedules, manpower and materials.

You will lead project teams, review drawings and specifications, monitor quality and progress, and ensure timely testing, commissioning and handover, while resolving site coordination issues and ensuring compliance with HDB/BTO

Qualifications

Diploma / degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in P&S / Plumbing & Sanitary works.
Experience with HDB and BTO projects is highly preferred.
Experience with a P&S / M&E subcontractor is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works from project commencement to completion.
Coordinate with Main Contractors, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials and resources.
Review P&S drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
Monitor installation progress, quality and overall project performance.
Lead the team in resolving technical and site coordination issues.
Attend project meetings and follow up on project requirements.
Coordinate testing, inspections, commissioning and project handover.
