Job summary

TAT LEE E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for plumbing and sanitary construction in Singapore. The role oversees the full lifecycle, from design to commissioning, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.

You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and site teams, manage costs and change orders, and enforce safety on site while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong leadership and PM experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of plumbing and sanitary systems and building codes.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance processes.
• 5–15 years of relevant plumbing construction experience.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary site teams and resolve delays.
• PMI certification or similar credentials can enhance prospects.

Responsibilities

• Oversees full lifecycle of plumbing and sanitary construction projects to meet timetables and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and site teams as main contact.
• Monitor cost, prepare progress claims, and manage variation orders for profitability.
• Enforce safety protocols and inspect sites to ensure drawings and specs are followed.
• Lead planning, execution, and close-out documentation including manuals and logs.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align goals and resolve technical issues.
