Job summary

Realtech Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Singapore. You will coordinate estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, and billing while leading a project team.

Experience with plumbing & sanitary works on HDB BTO/EC projects is highly preferred; familiarity with PUB and HDB codes is essential to ensure compliance and quality throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Familiarity with PUB and HDB codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all managerial and administrative aspects of projects, including estimating, scheduling, QC, progress reports and billing.
• Coordinate with main contractor, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities.
• Lead and work closely with the project team to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Develop detailed construction plans and timelines to drive efficient delivery within cost and time targets.
• Monitor manpower allocation and project costing/budget.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims.
• Resolve unexpected technical, manpower and material issues as they arise.
• Experience in managing plumbing and sanitary works of HDB BTO/EC projects is highly preferred.
