BM ENGINEERING WERKZ PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive to lead our Plumbing and Heating team on Islandwide projects in Singapore. You will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while mentoring plumbers and technicians.

You will manage budgets, coordinate resources, and maintain documentation. The role requires weekend/overtime work, heavy lifting, and a proactive, hands-on leadership approach in a hot-site environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of working experience in plumbing and heating projects.
Higher Education or Diploma in any field is required.
Strong leadership and management competencies.
Strategic and critical thinking with decision-making and negotiation skills.
Able to adapt, prioritize, take initiative, manage pressure, multitask and work independently.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication with diverse people.
Good time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise plumbing and heating projects from initiation to completion.
Lead and mentor a team of plumbers, heating technicians, and apprentices.
Implement and enforce quality assurance to meet industry standards and client expectations.
Communicate with clients to understand needs and provide updates on progress.
