Job summary

JTech Automation Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Electrical PLC and Software Programmer to join our engineering team. You will develop PLC and HMI solutions and build PC-based control applications to support diverse industrial automation projects.

The role requires hands-on experience with multiple PLC platforms, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with customers to translate requirements into reliable technical specifications, with on-site commissioning and support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PLC programming experience in industrial automation.
• Experience with PC-based control and motion control systems.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into precise software specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and program PLC and HMI systems across industrial automation projects.
• Utilize multiple PLC platforms (Keyence, Omron, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, ctrlX, Siemens) for control implementation.
• Design PC-based applications using C#, VB.NET, and Python for machine control and data acquisition.
• Collaborate with customers to gather software requirements and translate them into specifications.
• Conduct system testing and debugging to ensure reliability and project adherence.
• Assist in on-site commissioning and client acceptance of automation systems.
