Job summary

Happy Hour Games Pte Ltd is seeking a Creative Content Designer to craft and produce video and playable ads that boost downloads for global campaigns, focusing on audiences in the US and Europe. You will develop ad concepts and work with UA and engineering teams to bring them to life, iterating based on performance.

A strong portfolio and proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro are required, along with a willingness to experiment with AI tools and new production methods to keep campaigns

Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, motion graphics, video editing and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Willingness to learn AI tools and new production techniques.

Responsibilities

Develop ad concepts, hooks and storyboards for short, attention-grabbing ads.
Produce ads for AppLovin and Unity, including editing and motion graphics.
Design playable ad concepts with clear specs for engineers.
Collaborate with User Acquisition to plan creative tests and analyze performance.
Iterate ads based on campaign results and trends.
Explore AI tools to improve production efficiency.
Research target audience and market trends to drive downloads.
