Job summary

Happy Hour Games Pte Ltd is seeking a Creative Content Designer to develop and produce video and playable ads for global marketing campaigns. You’ll craft engaging concepts, storyboard ideas, and hands-on ad variations using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro, collaborating with UA and engineering teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, motion graphics and storytelling.
• Proficiency with motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Willingness to learn and experiment with AI tools and new production techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop ad concepts, hooks, and storyboards that turn our games’ appeal into short, attention-grabbing ads.
• Produce ads for platforms like AppLovin and Unity, including editing, motion graphics, and variations.
• Design playable ad concepts: define the interaction, flow, and visuals, then hand engineers a clear spec to build.
• Work closely with the User Acquisition team to plan creative tests and understand campaign performance.
• Use results to identify what works, improve existing ads and develop new variations.
• Explore AI tools and production methods to create ads more efficiently.
• Research our target audience, competitor ads and market trends across regions to understand what motivates them to download and play.
