TikTok is seeking a Platform User Operations specialist to deliver 24/7 technical support for internal platform users. You will respond to queries, troubleshoot issues with internal tools, and work with Engineering to implement fixes.

You will analyze tickets for improvements, support training and feedback projects, and participate in product optimization efforts. A rotating schedule and weekend availability are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, SQL, HTTP protocols, and internet technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities; able to work independently with changing priorities.
• Rotating schedule (5 days/week) including mornings and nights; some weekend availability.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to user queries promptly via internal platform and IM chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using internal databases and solutions from Engineering teams.
• Follow up with users to confirm issues are resolved.
• Analyze tickets to identify process improvements.
• Support training projects and user feedback initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering on product optimizations.
