Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Project Intern in Singapore to design onboarding and learning programs for platform users, develop content, assessments, and maintain the LMS. You will create engaging training materials and ensure alignment with product updates through collaboration with product trainers.

You’ll collect learner feedback, analyze usage data, and help with day-to-day project coordination in a fast-paced environment while taking ownership of tasks with guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field.
• Strong interest in learning design, onboarding, training content development, or user education.
• Working languages are Chinese and English; Proficiency in Chinese is required primarily to facilitate coordination and communication with Chinese counterpart partners.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize information clearly and create learner-friendly content.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Docs/Sheets, or similar tools.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, including managing and updating training content in response to frequent product iterations.
• Strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to take ownership with guidance.

About the Team

Our Platform User Operations (PUO) Team is responsible for providing instant troubleshooting and consulting services to internal platform users. This position is mainly responsible for: receiving and resolving user queries, communicating with our engineering teams, analyzing and providing the best solutions, maintaining the SOP, writing daily reports, following the escalation process, and providing top-quality user experiences.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real‑world challenges, and explore your career interests.
