Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or platform development.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms.
• Experience in complex application modernisation, migration, and integration programmes.
• Strong track record delivering cloud-native solutions in agile environments.
• Experience with Azure, API-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Familiarity with authentication, identity management, RBAC, SSO, and enterprise security architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the FX Platform's architecture, principles, standards, and roadmap for the platform.
• Lead the design and implementation of core platform capabilities, including authentication, SSO, role management, administration, and workflows.
• Provide technical direction and governance across multiple delivery squads to ensure consistency, scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Establish architecture review processes and technical standards for platform and application development activities.
• Lead technical discovery and assessment activities for existing FEMS 2.0 applications and services.
• Develop migration strategies, architecture patterns, and implementation plans for transitioning applications onto the FX Platform.
• Guide teams in modernising selected applications and redesigning backend services where required.
• Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between platform services, migrated apps, and external systems.
