Job summary

PeopleSearch Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Operations/Platform Manager to own the availability, reliability, and performance of business-critical IT platforms. You will lead 24x7 production environments, drive incident governance, and collaborate with vendors and security teams.

You will manage full platform lifecycle, including upgrades, patches, configurations, and retirement, while developing teams and ensuring continuous improvement and escalation readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in IT operations or platform management.
• Experience with 24x7 production environments and strict SLA requirements.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the availability, reliability, performance, and service quality of business-critical IT platforms.
• Manage the full platform lifecycle, including implementation, upgrades, patching, configuration, and retirement.
• Lead major incidents, service recovery, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Govern incident, change, configuration, and service management processes.
• Manage vendor performance, SLAs, escalations, and key technology stakeholders.
• Ensure security, risk, compliance, and audit requirements are met.
• Drive automation, operational efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop technical teams while ensuring 24x7 operational readiness and effective escalation support.
