Job summary

Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) is seeking a Product Manager to shape the internal corporate GenAI platform. You will own the product vision, prioritise the roadmap, and collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business needs into clear outcomes.

This role requires strong governance, budgeting, and cross-organisation coordination within a government context. You will drive product adoption, define success metrics, and produce user guides and training materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in product management for digital or AI solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience managing products involving artificial intelligence or machine learning, including large language models or AI agent platforms.
• Strong product management mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively across competing demands.
• Clear and confident communicator, with experience facilitating workshops and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to translate complex business and user needs into well-defined product requirements.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with experience preparing approval submissions and maintaining audit documentation.
• Comfortable managing budgets, tracking expenditure, and producing financial reports.
• Proficient in product management, project tracking, and documentation tools.
• Prior experience with public-sector or government digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with GenAI applications, large language models, and AI agents, and how these relate to the underlying platform infrastructure.
• Awareness of AI governance, safety, data privacy, and enterprise security considerations.
• Relevant certifications in product management or AI.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define vision, objectives, and measurable outcomes for the internal GenAI platform. Own the roadmap and prioritise features.
• Product Discovery & User Experience: Engage stakeholders, define user journeys, and ensure features meet user needs.
• Product Adoption & Reporting: Track adoption, engagement, and business outcomes; develop dashboards and guides.
• User Acceptance & Product Improvement: Coordinate UAT, capture feedback, and prioritise improvements.
• Stakeholder Management & Delivery: Align scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Project Financial Management & Administrative Support: Manage budgets and audit documentation; support governance submissions.
