Job summary

D L RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced technical lead to work with BA, infra, deployments and vendor teams in Singapore. You will drive architectural decisions, build configuration frameworks, and ensure quality outcomes across the platform.

The role requires hands-on expertise across AIX/RedHat, Java, JSON/XML, and a DevOps/tooling stack. You will lead multi-vendor teams and implement secure, scalable solutions with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree with 8-10 years of current, hands-on technical experience.
• Solid understanding of AIX or RedHat OS and scripting.
• Expertise in Java, JSON, XML and enterprise middleware.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of banking tech, security and data protection is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BA, infra, deployments and vendor teams.
• Drive architectural/low-level design and multi-vendor delivery.
• Lead and mentor technical team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure standards for development, configuration management and deployment.
• Analyse performance tests and security assessments and resolve issues.
• Guide project teams to meet requirements and deadlines.
