Job summary

You will produce design documents, lead multi-vendor delivery, and ensure standards are followed while addressing performance and security concerns. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree with substantial hands-on technical experience.
• 8-10 years of current hands-on technical experience.
• Experience with banking tech and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BA, infra, deployments and vendor teams.
• Manage vendor resources and assignments to maximize utilization and quality.
• Drive technical innovation to enhance platform capabilities.
• Build configuration frameworks and avoid bespoke code per component.
• Produce detailed design and low-level design documents.
• Lead multi-vendor teams to deliver solutions.
• Ensure adherence to development and deployment standards.
• Analyze performance tests and vulnerability assessments.
• Resolve project-related technical issues and escalate when needed.
• Guide and develop technical team members in a constructive environment.
