Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a DevOps/Platform Engineer to join the AI Center of Excellence (AI COE) in Singapore. You will help build, operate, and evolve enterprise-grade AI and data platforms used by multiple internal teams.

The role emphasizes developing robust CI/CD pipelines, standardizing deployment, and implementing IaC with Terraform. You will work on platform observability, security in pipelines, and multi-tenant platform experiences.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering roles.
Experience supporting shared platforms or multi-tenant environments.
Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent).
Proven experience with CI/CD automation for cloud-native platforms.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm deployment patterns.
Proficiency in observability tooling: OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo.
Understanding of sidecar patterns and service-level operational practices.
Familiarity with secure pipeline practices and policy enforcement concepts.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for platform and AI services.
Standardize deployment and release processes across the platform.
Develop and maintain reusable automation artifacts and templates.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or equivalent tools.
Operate and enhance platform observability tooling and metrics.
Monitor platform health, performance, and reliability; troubleshoot proactively.
Collaborate with Platform AI Engineers and other platform teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for platform reliability and usability.
Manage Kubernetes deployment patterns using Helm.
